利用規約Terms of Use

本規約は、AURA GROUP合同会社（以下「当社」といいます）が運営するウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」といいます）および当社が提供するAPI連携アプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」といい、本サイトと併せて「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms set out the conditions for using the website operated by AURA GROUP LLC (the “Company”) (the “Site”) and the API-based applications provided by the Company (the “Applications”; together with the Site, the “Services”). By using the Services, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

本サイトに掲載する情報は、当社および当社の事業に関する情報提供を目的とするものです。当社は内容の正確性の維持に努めますが、その完全性および最新性を保証するものではありません。

Information published on the Site is provided for the purpose of describing the Company and its business. While the Company endeavours to keep it accurate, it does not warrant that the information is complete or current.

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 当社または第三者の権利もしくは利益を侵害する行為
3. 本サービスの運営を妨害し、またはサーバー・ネットワークに過度の負荷をかける行為
4. 不正アクセスその他これに類する行為
5. 本サービスを通じて取得した情報を、許諾された目的以外に利用する行為
6. その他、当社が不適切と合理的に判断する行為

When using the Services, the user shall not:

1. violate any law or public order and morals;
2. infringe the rights or interests of the Company or any third party;
3. interfere with the operation of the Services or place an excessive load on the servers or network;
4. gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
5. use information obtained through the Services for any purpose other than the one authorised;
6. engage in any other conduct that the Company reasonably deems inappropriate.

本サイトに掲載された文章、図表その他の情報に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。引用として認められる範囲を超えて、無断で複製、転載、改変することを禁じます。

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, figures and other information published on the Site belong to the Company or to the respective rights holders. Reproduction, republication or modification beyond the scope of permitted quotation is prohibited without prior consent.

本アプリは、Meta Platforms, Inc.、TikTok Pte. Ltd. その他の各プラットフォーム事業者が定める規約およびポリシーに従って提供されます。利用者は、本規約に加えて当該プラットフォームの規約にも従うものとします。

本アプリにおける個人情報およびデータの取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めるとおりです。連携の解除および取得済みデータの削除請求は、データ削除請求のページに記載の手順によります。

The Applications are provided in accordance with the terms and policies of the respective platform operators, including Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok Pte. Ltd. The user shall comply with those platform terms in addition to these Terms.

Personal information and data in the Applications are handled as set out in the Privacy Policy. Disconnection and requests to delete data already collected follow the procedure on the Data Deletion Request page.

当社は、本サービスの内容を変更し、またはその提供を中断もしくは終了することができます。この場合、当社は可能な範囲で事前に告知するよう努めますが、緊急を要する場合はこの限りではありません。

The Company may change the content of the Services or suspend or terminate their provision. The Company will endeavour to give advance notice where practicable, except in urgent cases.

当社は、本サービスの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

当社が責任を負う場合であっても、当社の賠償責任は、通常生じうる直接かつ現実の損害に限られるものとします。

The Company is not liable for damage incurred by the user through use of the Services, except where such damage results from the Company’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Even where the Company is liable, its liability is limited to direct and actual damages that would ordinarily arise.

当社は、必要と判断した場合に本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

The Company may amend these Terms where it deems it necessary. Amended Terms take effect when published on this page.

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本サービスに関して当社と利用者との間に生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising between the Company and a user in connection with the Services.
