データ削除請求Data Deletion Request

当社が保有する利用者のデータについて、削除を請求できます。受領確認は5営業日以内、削除完了の通知は請求受領から30日以内を目安としています。You may request deletion of the data we hold about you. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and to confirm deletion within 30 days of the request.

請求できる内容What you can request

AURA GROUP合同会社（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するAPI連携アプリケーション等に関して当社が保有する利用者のデータについて、削除を請求することができます。次の手順でお申し込みください。

You may request deletion of the data that AURA GROUP LLC (the “Company”) holds about you in connection with the API-based applications it provides. Please follow the procedure below.

手順Procedure

  1. info@aura-group-jp.com 宛に、件名を次のとおりとしてメールを送信してください。

    データ削除請求 / Data Deletion Request

  2. 本文に、対象のサービス名（例: Meta / Instagram、TikTok）と、対象アカウントのユーザー名またはアカウントIDを記載してください。
  3. 当社より受領確認の返信をお送りします。目安: 5営業日以内。
  4. データの削除が完了した時点で、その旨を通知します。目安: ご請求の受領から30日以内。

  2. In the body, state the service concerned (for example Meta / Instagram, or TikTok) and the username or account ID of the account concerned.
  3. The Company will reply to acknowledge receipt. Target: within 5 business days.
  4. The Company will notify you once deletion is complete. Target: within 30 days of receiving the request.

補足事項Notes

  • ご請求者が対象アカウントの正当な保有者であることを確認するため、追加の情報をお尋ねする場合があります。確認ができない場合、ご請求にお応えできないことがあります。
  • 法令により一定期間の保存が義務づけられているデータについては、当該期間の経過後に削除します。
  • 各プラットフォーム（Meta / Instagram、TikTok等）自体に保存されているデータの削除は、当社では行えません。各プラットフォームの設定画面またはヘルプセンターからお手続きください。
  • プラットフォーム事業者から連携解除（Deauthorize）の通知を受領した場合は、ご請求がなくとも、当該利用者に関して当社が保有するデータを削除します。
  • データの取り扱い全般についてはプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
  • The Company may ask for further information to confirm that you are the legitimate holder of the account concerned. Where this cannot be confirmed, the Company may be unable to act on the request.
  • Data that the Company is required by law to retain for a fixed period will be deleted once that period has elapsed.
  • The Company cannot delete data stored by the platforms themselves (Meta / Instagram, TikTok and others). Please use the settings or help centre of the platform concerned for that.
  • Where the Company receives a deauthorisation notice from a platform operator, it deletes the data it holds about the user concerned even without a request.
