銀座1丁目の「焼肉うしごろ 銀座店」で目を引くのは、特選サーロインのすき焼き。薄く広げた牛肉に卵黄とご飯を添え、卓上のロースターを囲んで味わう一品です。
サーロインに卵黄とご飯を添えて
特選サーロインのすき焼きは、大きく薄く切られた牛肉に卵黄とご飯を合わせる一品。写真には、白い長皿に並べられた肉と、それぞれ小鉢に用意された卵黄、ご飯が写っています。

窓際の食卓と、個室の選択肢
木目のテーブルにロースターが収まり、窓の向こうには銀座の街並み。写真の窓際の席には、料理を並べながら外の景色も眺められる食卓が広がっています。

店舗はONE GINZAの7階。ビルの旧名称はキラリトギンザです。銀座一丁目駅9番出口から徒歩3分、銀座駅A13出口からは徒歩7分と案内されています。
平日は17時から、土日祝は11時30分から営業しています。夜の食事に加え、週末には昼の時間帯も選べます。

The sirloin sukiyaki pairs broad, thin slices of beef with egg yolk and rice. In the photographs, the beef is laid out on a rectangular white plate, with the accompaniments served separately.

Three minutes from Ginza-itchome Station
The restaurant is on the seventh floor of ONE GINZA, formerly KIRARITO GINZA. It is a three-minute walk from exit 9 of Ginza-itchome Station, or seven minutes from exit A13 of Ginza Station.
Opening time is 17:00 on weekdays and 11:30 on weekends and public holidays, so weekend lunch is another option.
