カニクリームコロッケは、手作りのベシャメルソースにズワイガニを合わせた一品。玉子コロッケには卵、エビ、ロースハムが使われています。肉のカツだけでなく、違う具材のコロッケも楽しめる組み合わせです。

Choose the mix for dinner

The set contains 10 Hirooka croquettes; three each of minced-meat cutlets, crab cream croquettes and egg croquettes; two tonkatsu pork cutlets; and 10 each of bite-sized pork fillet and beef cutlets. Choose a tonkatsu as the main dish, or combine a few smaller pieces to suit the meal.

Crab cream and egg croquettes

The crab cream croquettes combine handmade béchamel sauce with snow crab. Egg croquettes include egg, prawns and loin ham, adding another filling to try alongside the meat cutlets.

Make room in the freezer

The set arrives frozen and has a shelf life of 30 days including the dispatch date, when stored at −15°C or below. With 41 pieces arriving together, clear some freezer space before delivery. Follow the cooking guidance supplied with the product.
